Do you charge for delivery?

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

What exactly happens after I order?

Once your order has been placed, you might have to exercise some patience, a follow up email will be sent to you on how to make payment for your order.

I'm new and don't know how to order. What should I do?

Here is a step-by-step guide in placing your order with FRIENDLY FARMS CARTS OFFICIAL:

1.) Shop friendly farms carts collection,

2.) Click on the desired product(s), choose your  quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option to “View Cart” or “Continue Shopping”.

3.) At the “View Cart” page; you can edit your order and view shipping costs.

4.) When you “Checkout” the order, you will receive an email with the payment instructions.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed. You will be notified by email of your order status and tracking information.

Once you’ve made payments and it’s confirmed on our end, we begin to process your order at once.

Why has my payment not been received?

If your Payment is still pending, or has not been received, this could be due to a number of reasons:

1.) We were unable to match your payment to your order when no order number is included in the notes section of your payment

2.) We have not received your payment because you have sent the payment to the incorrect email address.

3.) Your bank has flagged the transaction as suspicious, and needs to be contacted for confirmation to proceed with the transfer.

4.) We were unable to accept the Transfer, because you have not included the correct question and answer as stated in the payment instructions.

If your order’s payment can not be accepted due to any of the reasons above you will be notified with an email from the accounts team. If no payment is received after 24 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled and can not be re-opened again, a new order must be made.
